Project Description
A government tax compliance project. It required using inputs from a variety of government agencies as well as 3rd party sources to use analytics to identify non-compliant taxpayers.
Challenges
Most complex product ever produced by the company. It required a completely new architecture and capabilities far beyond any previous products developed by the company.
Results
An advanced on-premise cloud-based microservices architecture was developed. CI/CD pipeline based on open source technologies made it easy for new feature integration. Components included a mixed-mode graphical database, fuzzy matching, and identity resolution to generate associations between multiple government entities. Built early UI/UX prototype to elicit early customer feedback and the right functionality
Successful product launch after 18 months. No defects were reported after 2 months of launch. The customer described the new software as "Amazing Technology", "Great Value" and "Very Intuitive". Early ROI indicates a potential of 10:1 ratio of revenue to costs incurred.

Updated New AI/ML Into Product
Project Description
Revamp a ten year old healthcare fraud product that signed a major contract with the 2nd largest US healthcare insurer.
Challenges
Analytics would take over a month to run based on current algorithms. Completely new interface required which required over 250 new user screens. Hard deadline for project completion based on customer milestones.
Results
The project required 75,000 man-hours of development , 28+ development/UX personnel, 250+ Agile user stories. Early UI prototype was key to customer feedback. Design was based on open source components using REST APIs, Angular JS, and a new NoSQL database, providing flexibility and performance to process over 1 billion records. New AI/ML algorithms added for facility inpatient and outpatient fraud analysis and scoring.
Successful product launch lead to new product bookings, including a new international business that was the largest 4th quarter booking for the company at that time.

Project Description
Leprechaun needed to new injection of revenue of a new product to replace declining legacy product revenue.
Challenges
Strategy required creation of a new product category that previously didn't exist in the market. A fair amount of cutting-edge new product development, analytic research, and market evangalism was needed in order to have a chance of success.
Results
Optimize Marketing drove all the marketing and product management activities including; TAM analysis, developing PRDs, revising corporate messaging, generating all sales collateral and presentations, and the development of predictive revenue models based on a supervised model on medical data.
Optimize Marketing also managed the entire BI team, revamping the entire BI platform with an improved response rate of 72%, and new client portal for their reports.
The new product, Prosepctive, had a two year 3500% revenue growth from $500K to $18 M.

Syntricity required a new generation of semiconductor characterization products, as competitive pressures were threatening their largest customers.
Challenges
The development team was very small, so development progress would be incremental, even though market pressures required significant product improvements.
Results
Optimize Marketing developed all PRDs for two new products RaCR and SYM, a new generation of a graphic interface for semiconductor manufacturing analysis. The new products required a completely new UI along with new user workflows.
Based on the new products, Syntricity was able to retain their strategically important customers. These new products continued to be the primary products for the company for another five years until an acquisition by their competitor was completed.
